2001年4月,世界领先的汽车公司—福特汽车公司和中国的百年企业—长安汽车集团共同签约成立了长安福特汽车有限公司(长安福特),并于2003年初正式投产。2006年3月,马自达汽车公司参股长安福特,公司正式更名为“长安福特马自达汽车有限公司”(长安福特马自达汽车),三方持股比例为:长安50%,福特35%,马自达15%。2007年9月长安福特马自达汽车旗下第二个整车生产基地——长安福特马自达汽车南京公司举行了盛大的竣工投产庆典。成立7年多来,长安福特马自达汽车发展迅速,已经成长为一个具有跨地域和多品牌生产、经营能力的大型现代化汽车企业。

2003年1月,长安福特成立仅21个月,首款产品“福特嘉年华”就隆重下线。 2004年2月,2004款全新福特蒙迪欧正式亮相。6月,福特蒙迪欧2.5 V6旗舰隆重上市。2005年9月,长安福特第三款全新车型——福特福克斯三厢上市,并很快就受到消费者追捧,成为中级车市场上的一颗新星。2006年8月,福克斯两厢又乘势推出,再度受到市场热烈欢迎。2007年3月,2007年欧洲年度车型S-MAX风光上市,在国内开辟了一个全新的SAV (运动型多功能轿车) 细分市场。2007年11月,福特欧洲有史以来科技含量最高、工艺最精良的全新旗舰车型——福特蒙迪欧-致胜(第三代福特蒙迪欧)全球同步在中国登峰上市,标志着长安福特马自达汽车在技术、生产、产品、市场、品牌等各个方面都跃上了一个全新的高峰。

目前长安福特马自达汽车生产和销售的车型有:福特福克斯三厢及两厢、福特S-MAX、福特蒙迪欧-致胜、马自达3、马自达2和Volvo S40.

长安福特马自达汽车有限公司现任总裁为沈英铨先生。邹文超先生为公司现任执行副总裁。

Brief Introduction of Changan Ford Mazda Automobile Co., Ltd

Changan Ford Automobile Co., Ltd. was established in April, 2001 between Changan Automotive Group and Ford Motor Company, with each party holding a 50 per cent equity. In March 2006, with the participation of Mazda, the company was renamed as Changan Ford Mazda Automobile Co., Ltd. (Changan Ford Mazda Automobile). Changan, Ford and Mazda hold 50 per cent, 35 per cent and 15 per cent shares in the restructured company, respectively. In September 2007 Nanjing Plant of Changan Ford Mazda Automobile celebrated its inauguration.

Today, car models manufactured and sold by Changan Ford Mazda Automobile include:  Ford Focus 4-door, Ford Focus 5-door, Ford S-MAX, Ford Mondeo-Zhisheng (3rd generation Mondeo), Mazda 3,Mazda 2 and Volvo S40. They all are well accepted car models in China market.

Mr. Jeffrey Shen is the current President of Changan Ford Mazda Automobile. Mr. Zou Wenchao is Executive Vice President of the company.

With two manufacturing bases in Chongqing and Nanjing, the company is now a large and modern automobile enterprise, with the capability of producing multiple brand products in different locations.
